The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy of a technically complex organization with a high volume of professionals. This role is critical in ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and supporting corporate transformation processes, including mergers and acquisitions. The Finance Director will operate in a highly regulated and dynamic environment, requiring strategic vision and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and efficiency goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and risk management.
- Lead M&A processes, including financial due diligence, opportunity assessment, post-merger integration, and synergy realization.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards, with a focus on transparency and traceability.
- Optimize cost structures and financial processes through automation and technology adoption.
- Supervise key areas such as accounting, treasury, financial planning, procurement, and management control.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Present financial and strategic reports to the CEO and Board of Directors to support decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial roles, including at least 5 years in leadership positions within technical or service-intensive organizations.
- Proven experience in M&A, strategic planning, and financial management in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools, economic modeling, and ERP systems.
